We are Red, Blue, and Independent North and South Carolinians from the Charlotte-Metropolitan area coming together to practice Courageous Citizenship and build a healthier, more connected democracy.

We believe that disagreement is not a problem to avoid, but a democratic muscle to exercise. In an age marked by polarization, outrage, and mistrust, our Alliance creates space for curiosity, humility, and genuine listening. Through workshops, debates, skills trainings, and social gatherings, we help community members learn how to speak their truth without hostility and hear others without surrendering conviction.
